All cancelled press orders will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee if cancelled by the customer after 72 hours of being placed.
If you would like to return a Stark Press Company product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for returning it. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions on how to ship your item back.

All orders past 14 days will not be eligible for a return. A 25% restocking fee may be charged on any returned items at our discretion.

All items must be returned in unused and sellable condition to qualify for a refund, unless damaged during transit.

Items that are damaged during shipping need to be noted with the shipping company or your shipment must be refused. All damaged items need to be reported to Stark Press Company within 48 hours of receiving your package.

All shipping rates are based on weight, package dimensions, distance and crating materials when necessary.
