If you would like to return a Stark Press Company product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for returning it. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions on how to ship your item back.

All orders past 14 days will not be eligible for a return. A 25% restocking fee may be charged on any returned items at our discretion.

All items must be returned in unused and sellable condition to qualify for a refund, unless damaged during transit.

Items that are damaged during shipping need to be noted with the shipping company or your shipment must be refused. All damaged items need to be reported to Stark Press Company within 48 hours of receiving your package.
We can ship to virtually anywhere in the world using USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL and other freight carriers. For international shipping quotes, please contact us.

All shipping rates are based on weight, package dimensions, distance and crating materials when necessary.

When applicable, we will adjust your shipping rate and refund the difference if a less expensive option is available for orders placed through our online store.

We offer free local delivery on new etching presses only within a 50 mile radius of Kenilworth, NJ 07033. For orders containing other items, please select standard shipping.
